Can the New York Jets offense right the ship heading into matchup vs Raiders?

After an abysmal showing on Monday Night Football at home vs the Chargers, the Jets looked completely blindsided and unprepared. The Zach Wilson redemption experiment has been a rollercoaster that fans seem like they can't get off. Wilson was 33/49 passing with 263 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT. While those numbers may not seem awful, they don't tell the entire tale as there were numerous turnovers in what was a terrible showing by the Jets offense as a whole.
It seems that there is a recurring sentiment in press conferences by the players and coaches, and that starts with fixing the "self-inflicted wounds." The Jets have a 22% success rate on third down, and a 24% success rate in the red-zone, both good for last in the NFL. Every week, Zach Wilson and Robert Saleh speak about how the offense needs to keep working, and that the results will start to show. We are now halfway through the season, and this is an offense that continues to be among the worst in the National Football League.
OC Nathaniel Hackett spoke in today's press conference about the struggles on third down and in the red-zone, saying:
"It's unbelievably frustrating but the only thing we know how to do is keep working... we're trying to find what we do good, but also always being willing to change and adapt based on what we have out there."
The two major constants to this offense that have been keeping it afloat, are Garrett Wilson and Breece Hall. Wilson, who is an emerging star in his second season, has already racked up over 540 receiving yards, on pace to finish with over 1,000 for the second consecutive season. Breece Hall is nearing 500 rushing yards for the year, and has blossomed back onto the scene since returning from his ACL injury a year ago. There are pieces on this offense that have been making some noise, it has just been nearly impossible for the pieces to put themselves together and get points on the board.
What seemed to be an easy matchup for this Jets this Sunday night just got a whole lot more interesting. The (4-5) Las Vegas Raiders seemed refreshed and reinvented after parting ways with HC Josh McDaniels and GM Dave Ziegler. The Raiders have also benched starting QB Jimmy Garoppolo and will start rookie Aidan O'Connell moving forward. The Antonio Pierce era has begun in Las Vegas and the Jets are going to have to earn a win in a tough task if they want to get back over .500.
PREDICTION
I think the Jets are going to come out heavy in the run game, find ways to get Breece Hall going in both the running and passing game. I think this is also a great opportunity to allow Zach Wilson to take some shots down field. Although Zach hasn't allowed an interception in three straight games, a lot of the reason is because he hasn't taken chances for a big play and seemed gun-shy in consecutive starts. If the offense can open up a little bit, throw on first down and move the ball downfield consistently, the defense is going to step up as always, giving the Jets the edge on Sunday Night Football.
Jets, 20 - Raiders, 16.
